Same for me 20ibs in 13 weeks for my holiday to Disney Florida :)
I hope i can do it im struggling on even though ive just had surgery on my hand, and in mega pain. My size is getting me so down atm it would really sort me out if i hit my goal to show it off in a bikini to my boyfriend on holiday.

I'll join! I love groups, they really help me keep on track. Currently about 160, I've been stuck on a huuuuuge plateau for weeks. I was upset, but it recently occured to me that actually, I haven't gained, so I just need to step it up. Goal is 140 by June 10th and I'm hoping to hit 150 by around May.

Hello, I would like to join this group. I am currently on a lent weightloss challenge, which ends in a couple of weeks, so they will overlap a bit, but I think thats okay. I'm going on holiday on 4th June, so this is my look good in a bikini challenge! :)

I'm 5'9" I just need 20 more pounds to be my goal size (I think, I haven't weighed myself in months, last time I did, before I started counting, I was 185, but I lost two dress sizes, and according to my calorie intake since January, I should have lost at LEAST 10 pounds, and want to lose just one or two more dress sizes :D )

I don't think I can get 20 lbs by them at the rate that i've been losing, but I'm going to aim for 15 like helz15! :)
So, I'm doing OK at the moment, I'm eating healthily and have lost a lot of the bloat I'd acquired from overeating out of frustration. I also joined the gym, I'm just struggling with actually getting there...
I'm weighing in on Fridays, so hopefully I'll at least be in the 150's again by tomorrow!

Boooooo Corn beef and cabbage... I over ate last night, gained a little weight back but I'm still under 160, just barely. I have to go out to lunch with a co-worker for a meeting today, so I'm dreading it because I KNOW i'll eat something bad. I'm really not that down on myself about it though. Tomorrow is my "start over" day. It's been a bad week and I haven't been able to eat or exercise like I want to. Things will be back to normal soon, and I WILL get to that 140 weight!

I have been wanting to lose weight for a while but have just recently started counting my calories as well as really trying to get exercise everyday. I am only on my second week and wasn't seeing any results until I weighed myself today and I lost two pounds. This will provide more motivation for me to lose the weight. I know I can do it I just have to really puch myself.
