So far this challenge 16 people didn't report a weight this past week.  It may have been because you are considering this to be your first full week.  Just remember I will be posting stats on TUESDAY and it will encompass the previous week ending on SUNDAY.  Your weights starting this MONDAY will not be reflected in the stats.

HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT EASTER!  It is cold here in Ohio. Update on the foot, is there is still alot of pain but I am able to rest so that makes it better. I still am not on the computer as much as I would like to be but then again, I want to heal good and without complications, so you will probably see a little more of me but not as much as in the past.

Grace is helping me greet people and anyone else who wants to throw in a shout about anything would be appreciated.  I don't want the challengers to feel abandoned!  I'd like for people to check this link daily and see what the others have added.

Take care and God Bless. . .

Hi Margaret, (morenaxv3)

Keep hangin' in there. You will find your groove. We all have trigger foods. It's key to try and avoid those. Ask a lot of questions on what works for others. Good Luck.

LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF:  I have participated in this challenge since Jan 2011 and have lost 40 pounds. I can definately say that my confidence is a lot higher and I feel GREAT. I just want to drop a bit more. Slow and steady really is the key, I've changed the way I deal with food rather than just be on a "diet". I love the positive people here!

4/12:  WOW! Shocked again!! Even with the Easter weekend (which BOTH days were terrible) and no workout, I didn't gain; I actually LOST!!  I can now fit into an XL size shirt instead of my normal 3X shirt, which is HUGE for me!  Plus, this week has been Spring Break for my demons, so I'm getting plenty of rest, but not really getting up early like I should be.  I have been hitting the gym still, however, and even upped my weights.  Now I can be excited and not nervous for next week's weigh in! :)

Original Post by susannelt:

Cyranda, I calculate your loss as 1.6!  Which is AWESOME for a week.  Good for you!

Susan, I gained a pound my first week so my weight loss is based on my start weight and not my previous weeks weight. I did lose 1.6 but it's only .6 overall.. but thanks for the boost!!

Hey everyone,

I'm just wondering; Am I right in thinking that we just keep editing our original post with new weigh ins? Or are we supposed to re-post every week?
Thanks in advance, especially to the challenge hosts! Enjoying this challenge very much. Smile

@clintwin We do a repost every week :)

I really am trying to make this a challenge everyone. So if there is something in the stats you'd like to see, Ill try to do it. But remember I am still off my foot for the challenge while it heals.Take care and God Bless

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
