2nd Quarter Challenge - 2010! JOIN ANYTIME April 1st - June 30 (POSTED END TOTALS)

Welcome one and all!  This challenge is a 2nd quarter challenge for the year 2010.  Anyone can join and there are no rules, except pick a day that is good for you to Weigh in Consistently.  Don't worry, if you miss a few.  The key here is to log at least once a week.  So go ahead and tag this and come back!

 

April 1st - June 30th.

I ASK THIS TIME AROUND THAT NO ONE EDITS THEIR ORIGINAL POSTS IF THEY WANT THEIR TOTALS INCLUDED IN THE SPREADSHEET.  THIS IS TIME CONSUMING TRYING TO UPDATE MY SPREADSHEET SO I CAN MAKE THIS A REAL CHALLENGE AND POST WEIGHT UPDATES FOR THE MONTH., ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU POST ON THE DAY YOU WANT TO POST.    thanks

Friday is my usual day but did not go here this week so I will do it today, Weighed in at 198, the second time I have been under 200 lbs during this chalenge. Hope to lose 5 lbs per month but that is not happening lately. Have been keeping intake around 1600 calories per day, that is 50 less than cc suggests so eventually the weight should come off.  Good luck to all the next three months, Roger from western NY

i'm in for the spring, but i'm only going to do weigh-ins every other week - so 1heavenlybody, i understand if that means you can't put me in the spreadsheet.

my goal for this round is going to be 3 pounds every 2 weeks. april is my busiest month of the year, and may is going to be, potentially, tumultuous so i'm not going to shoot for a 2-lb-per week average like i will in the summer...
