How much do you want to exercise a month? 

How can you push yourself out that door when the last thing you want to do is go to the gym? 
Easy - Challenge yourself!!!
Pick a goal and work towards it!!!
 

What is exercise you ask? 
It is whatever you do over and above your normal everyday activity. If you start taking the stairs instead of the elevator due to your wanting to improve your health this is exercise - if you park further from the door and 
walk extra - this is exercise. However if your work requires you to be on your feet running around all day - this is lifestyle and not exercise and should be added to your "activity level" in your account. I think its important for you to be honest with yourself so you will truly get the benefit of this challenge.

Hi! I'm going for the 750 challenge. 

For this months so far I exercised 85/750. 

JM 30 day shread 20 minutes = 3 days

(Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday )

Orbitrek machine - 25 minutes (Friday)

105/750 Laughing

90 minutes of Bikram Yoga + 60 minutes in the gym 

=150 so far today 

322/1750 for the month so far Cool

60 minutes for kickass pilates class this morning and that will be it for me today. Great to see so many people posting exercise daily. It helps inspire me to keep going! :D

A strained calf muscle prevented an intensive workout today ... but I'm stubborn and did a light one anyway. I also went shopping and had to park a mile away ... okay, not really, but it certainly felt like it at the time. I think 160 is great for today!

I was really sore today from doing weights yesterday (and probably from bowling too). I need to figure out some good stretches for my upper body after weights!
