Welcome one and all! This challenge is a 1st quarter challenge for the year 2010. Anyone can join and there are no rules, except pick a day that is good for you to Weigh in Consistently. Don't worry, if you miss a few. The key here is to log at least once a week. So go ahead and tag this and come back!
We have a small group of people that have been doing this since the April 1st challenge of 2009, that I started, so I welcome you all back and wish you the best of luck this time around!

I posted this early so people can get a heads up of the link as requested in the 4th quarter 2009 challenge.
Here is how to tag the challenge for those of you that are new to the site.
First look at the bar of selections that say library, tag it. You need to click on tag it, Then name it. After you name it go to My account tab and it will have selections, Forum, Weight log, Recipe Log. Click on Forum. From there is will give you a list of items you tagged for that category. Search it and click on it and it will bring you to the link.

Been a rough couple of weeks. Death in the family and all. Haven't really been watching my food and my body aches all over from this weight lifting program - Just finished Week 3, so hopefully I will stop hurting sometime soon.

i'm worried about my scale... i've seen everything from 268.2 to 272.6 this morning
i've noticed a slight curve in the tiles it's sitting on, but i've never seen that kind of fluctuation...
I'm gonna use the middle point of the weights i saw today...

Well the bounce back happened. Stress got the better of me and we ordered a large meat pizza last night with no leftovers as well as some earlier indiscretions. I'm back on tract today and life goes on. It is a life long commitment and hey, pizza happens!
