study and exercise challenge

Quote  |  Reply
This challenge is for those folk who find themselves in a school like schedule and want to get better study habits too (gawd knows I need help with both)...

Heres the deal...

ok... take the number of hours of class you have (ie: I have 16 hours a week of class- don't count non academic classes)... next multiply by 3 (16x3=48) ... now add those together... (48+16=64) this is your school time.

now take that number and divide by 7 (a little everyday makes cramming and stress a thing of the past)... this is your "school day"

we are then going to schedule 2, count em 2 ... exercise study breaks, each of them 30 minutes.

Post here with your schedule and what you want to accomplish during your "breaks"...

We'll check in once a day...

Who's with me??

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
