Why do you want to lose wait and are you ready??!!?
If you really want to make it through Halloween,thanksgiving, and Christmas then, join. I'm hoping we can all get support out of this. This weight loss is achievable BUT takes dedication. We will officially weigh in every Friday (9 weeks total!!) This is so no one gets obsessed with losing weight. But you guys can update your weight status here anytime.

I'm 5'0, 135 pounds. I'd like to lose 10-15lbs and get in shape! Friday sounds good as a weight day..I'm 18 by the way, is that too old?
I would really like to join! But...I'm 20. :x I still feel like a teenager sometimes, though! Haha! If that's too old, I shall quietly sneak out the back door of the thread. :P
But anywho, here are my stats so far. I started my weightloss at the end of September!
SW: 145
CW: 139
GW: 130 by Christmas
UGW: 120 by February next year!
So yeah! :D What are your plans to lose weight? I am currently studying abroad in England (My home is California, though! Miss the sun so much!) and I got a gym membership when I got here at the new fitness center they have, and it is awesome. I have no trouble finding time to go, and I usually manage 4-5 times a week. It's just my diet that needs some help. I feel like I could be doing so much better if I just stick to healthy eating. Which I do most of the time. :( But I just gotta work on that.
I really really want to be 130lbs by December 19th, because that's when my boyfriend is coming to visit me! And I want to look super good! :D Haha. So that is my inspiration! Though, my main reason for losing weight is to be healthy and happy with myself and as fit as I can possibly be!

I didn't do so well cause I wanted to atleast have 2 lbs less, but I will get there, 7 days haven't pass yet since I joined. Btw, I was 2 days without loosing anything and I was stressed out already, I wonder how am I going to keep going if I get a longer plateau. :P I hope everyone is doing great!

How did you do?
After posting last week I found out my period was coming so when I weight during this week I had more 4lbs! I was so depressed I had 1 bag of chips ans some cookies. But in the day after I went with all the strength again on the calorie counting! Today my period is getting to an end and I had a good suprise this morning, I'm so happy about the 4lbs being gone, but I couldn't achieve my week goal(2lbs) again.
Yes, I'm feeling ambitious, so it's 18 lbs to lose in 9 weeks.

A difference of 1lb! Not as much as I was hoping for, but still! I am so happy with that! :D I am slowly working the weight off and to see the number continue to go down is so encouraging.
How is everyone doing? I have been running a lot more and for the first time ever I ran 5 miles! In 53 mins! So stoked! I know that I'll be able to improve my time, but just knowing that I was able to do that is totally awesome. xD What is everyone doing for exercise?
So since I officially started losing at the end of September, I've gone from 145 to 138! Seven pound difference! I can't see it yet, but I feel stronger, and that's the point. Everything will eventually catch up!

I was 154 yesterday....oh well! I've been doing The last chance workout! Its great and has been working for me so far since I first started loosing weight at 190 lbs.!! I volleyball season recently ended at my high school, so I'm not as active anymore....

Well, i have the painters in this week, so i'm hoping the non-change is down to that and next week i'll see a bigger drop:(
I haven't been very active either, but i'm going to start going tot the gym again as of Monday so I'm hoping that helps too!:)
@angel - you're still down 2 which is pretty good considering you're not as active as you were! You just need to find something as equally active to occupy your time now that you don't have volleyball. Next week will be a good one, i'm sure;) x
