If i was you id decrese the carbs! you definately need more fibre too! try eating more fruits and vegetables i eat Alpen cereal bars which have almost 5gs or fibre in them! Try eating wholemeal bread for a little more fibre too as fibre is really important in your daily diet.

Heres some other high fibre foods:

-Wholegrain cereals: Weetabix, Bran flaskes, Shredded Wheat.

- Brown Rice

- Jacket Potatoes (With the skin)

- Peas have stacks of fibre

- Beans

- Varius Veggies!

Good luck!
Actually i take that back you are in recovery for an eating disorder how ignorant of me, eat as many carbs as you like!

Try to get the fibre up to atleast 25g!
Yeah, I agree that you need to increase your fibre. I end up with like 50g every day.. also you're overall not eating enough. Eating 1800-2000 seems like a better amount.. what's the other you've got 21.3% for?

oh. im adding in all the foods i generally eat that arent on here.

that makes up for the remaining 21 %

but i consider myself fully recovered for the record :)

Thats great! i wish i was at that stage at the minute =(

Im proud that you are though congrats!
you'll get there. until then i wish you all the best
50% for carbs is fine for anyone, in recovery or not. I have to commend you on your sodium intake because it is far lower than mine usually is! :D
Are you trying to lose weight? 1371 is not so many calories for a young woman like yourself.
oh that was my intake at about 5 pm so before dinner
You're a little low on fat.
Fiber in fruits, veggies, beans, and whole grains. That will also give you more vitamins and minerals.  Roll your mouse over the date in the analysis view to see numbers on  vitamins, calcium and iron.  If you are low on fiber you may be low on some of these.

Ok, if this is the analysis for January to date, then 1371 is your average calories per day.  So since I'm guessing since your in recovery (or fully recovered, in which case congrats) you are not trying to LOSE weight.  So you still will probably want to watch and make sure you are getting enough cals.

And I agree with ainedb...your fat intake is a little low.  And definitely up the fiber :)
