Burping After Naps?
Sometimes I like to take quick power naps by putting my head down on my desk and sleeping for a bit. Sleeping at my desk prevents me from sleeping too much (like if I were to go lay down) but it still makes me feel more rested when I wake up even if it's only half an hour later.
However, I've been finding that after I wake up, I burp a lot. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
Do you take these right after lunch??? Could be that your food hasn't digested properly and you are getting a little acid reflux. It could also be the postition that you are in as well. Also, if you are taking any new medication or supplements that could be a culprit, too. If none of the above fits I would call my Dr and ask. Better safe than sorry!

How interesting! The same exact thing happens to me and I'm not certain why. I think it might have something to do with air somehow making its way into the stomach with your body in that position. It's odd though.

I was thinking that, too.
I don't think it's caused from food not digested properly because it happens no matter how long I wait after eating. I've had acid reflex, and it's not that. The burps are generally really loud and long, but actually feel kind of good? Maybe I'm just weird >_<. It also only happens after napping; I don't get it in the mornings when I wake up.
That happens to me too!
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
