At meals I often drink a LOT of liquids for some reason, like 25 oz minimum. At a restaurant today I drank like literally 40oz of water with my meal (half a grilled chicken wrap, 1/3 c hummus, 1/2 pita)
I feel really sick. Any tips on how to not do this again (I do it because I am very hungry)/ how to relieve the uncomfortableness?
Were you doing this to avoid eating the other half of your chicken wrap and pita?
I split the wrap with my boyfriend, and the pita was cut up in fourths and served on the table, I had 2 fourths -- I don't think I consciously was
Eat more food instead of loading up on water to keep you full. Done.
Thank you, it's just I DO get this burning sensation in the back of my throat like maybe I am really, really thirsty, and I do not know what to do about it.
