You have a history of severe restriction, you are at a healthy weight (or so you say), and you won't allow yourself a treat now and then?
Sorry hun, but you are not recovered yet, you probably won't be for a while. You do not yet have a good relationship with food, and this post is a good example of your remaining fear of it. You should be eating at least 1800 and probably more than 2000 calories a day. Your weight will increase a little initially, then it will even out as your body realizes it can get what it needs from you. Treats, even sweets or fatty foods, are fine. Just because it's not healthy doesn't mean you can't indulge once in a while. Just count it and give yourself the satisfaction of eating it. Restriction will lead to more cravings, which will lead to binging to give your body the nutrients it needs.
But wait if i chew it and then spit it out,,,, i still get the calories?? Whoa what!!!!! ?? So im actually getting all the fat and calories and sugar!??????
You DO have an ED.
Get help.

On the surface, chewing and spitting may not seem like a very harmful thing to do, but it is linked to food deprivation as the type of food being spat out is rarely actually eaten. Although cravings for it can be strong, the food spat out is considered ‘bad’. Chewing and spitting can also invoke a sense of waste and guilt about the food that is quite literally being wasted.
Chewing and spitting out sugary foods can still do damage to teeth, perhaps even more so, as the quantities of sugar ending up in the mouth are larger than if food was actually swallowed and eaten properly.
There’s nothing good about depriving your body of the food it needs. Food that ends up in the mouth should be swallowed. Rather than chewing and spitting out certain types of foods, it’s better to actually eat them in moderation.
In order to break the habit of chewing and spitting, it is advisable to seek help from a trained professional who has experience of treating eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia.
Noone on here can diagnose you with an eating disorder (atleast they shouldn't) Any disordered eating needs to be addressed by a trusted parent a doctor and possibly a therapist. Stop asking if you have an ED or if your fat etc etc. Honestly, its getting a bit repetitive and personally i find it super triggering to read as i'm sure many others do. Once or twice, OK. but to ask over and over and over the same question with a different title. I understand needing that validation, but really? you have alot of disordered habits as you have realized aren't the usual for a normal, healthy person. You need to reach out for some help before you get any deeper. You think its bad now? Just wait, it only gets worst.
in this case, should people stop eating chewing gum? and i bite my nail, its difficult to stop.
Anyway, ED is actually disordered thinking rather than what you weigh. at a healthy weight you can still have ED. being obsessed with food, the way you look, calories etc etc. is symptoms of ed i think.
