I walk for 45-60 minutes every day on a nearby trail and I do various exercises like crunches, different ad exrcises, bicep curls and leg lifts for 60 minutes every day and about 15 minutes of that 60 are physical therapy exercises.
Can I really count this as 120 minutes of activity?
If that isn't exercise, then what is?
I was just wondering because I feel like I don't really exert myself. For example, right now I am doing leg lifts as I type this.
Just checked your profile. As an recovering anorexic you shouldn't do any exercise at all. It will only slow down your bodys recovery. In this case everything counts as exercise! I would really recommend that you stop immediately. I know it can be very hard, but it's something you need to do at some point.
Activity requiring physical effort, carried out esp. to sustain or improve health and fitness.
So, um, yeah, that's exercise.
