I have done just an hour gym workout on Monday and nothing since as I had a terrible flu with aches pains and felt generally unwell. I hope this hasn't hindered me too much weightwise.

if you have flu you need to be worrying about your health not losing weight =P you can get back on track once you're healthy, pushing yourself will only prolong your illness
