Foods that make you sick?
So, I'm coeliac, so I know anything with gluten in it makes my stomach ill and I get a rash. not fun.
But, I've also realized that nuts- plain nuts (unsalted) make me want to puke. I'll eat them... be okay... and then ten seconds later, have to run to the bathroom because I feel SO SICK and nauseous and ill, I'm scared I'm going to end up puking everywhere.
So plain nuts make me feel sick. Here's the weird part: if the nuts are not plain (ie- maple nuts or sugar coated, or in a honey nut butter/nut butter cookie) I don't get the nausea. Weird? yep.
I don't really like nuts (regardless of what they're in) so I don't eat them anyway... just thought this was really odd... Anyone else like this?

also if i eat rice cakes in abundance, i feel so sick after bleh!

Shrimp, beef, pork, lamb, duck, turkey (I can eat chicken, tuna, salmon, crab and lobster though)
Chocolate
Nuts do not make me sick, but there are plenty of foods that do!
Cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, eggs (I can handle scrambled), egg whites especially make me nauseous, yogurt (I can normally handle the kids ones, like chocolate flavored even if it's gross), Mc Donald's pancakes, maple syrup, oily fish, smoked fish makes my head spin, I can also have tomato sauce or tomato in any form except raw; makes me dry retch, mushrooms and prawns.
Sure there's more but that's a lot to remember.
Also, toothpaste makes me feel sick... and I get a head rush from any type of mint, in any form... which doesn't help when brushing my teeth.
Most fresh fruits and veggies, can't eat them. I can however eat any of these if they are cooked. Even a tiny taste of some will cause a reaction. My throat constricts, can't swallow and then the sharp jagged pain starts in my chest. I can forget eating for the next 6 or so hours, even if I'm starving. The food won't go down. Years ago as a kid I could eat all of that stuff. But over the years my body has decided to now be allergic. When I have inquired with the family doctor, I've been told to take benadryl. Nope, don't work. The doctor doesn't seem to concerned as I can get my fruits and veggies canned. But oh, how I miss avocado, watermelon , cantaluope. I wish avacado came in a can.
even the smell of fresh bananas make me very naseous, however anything with bananas pureed or blended in (such as banana bread, cakes some smoothies) with no pieces and other flavors I actually enjoy.
I used to enjoy milk, cheese etc.. but not having had any dairy (long story) for well over a year I now find anything with a hint of dairy in it, will cause my stomach to let me know quickly it is not happy at all.
butter does this to me, margerine I am fine with, butter in cakes is fine, but if I put butter on toast or a teacake I end up throwing up, I used to be able to eat it but the last couple of years I just projectile vomit
Beets - the smell of them cooking makes me sick. I refuse to allow beets in my house!

Oils and thus everything fried or seasoned, chocolate, avocados, tomatoes,olives, meat sometimes.
A certain type of pears make me sick but I can't remember their name (not conference pears though) plus anything too greasy/oily makes me heave!
Chocolate and nuts. Sometimes granola. I can eat nut butters, though :3 thank god, I'm addicted to peanut butter.
when i eat too many nuts, super rich things like creamy sauces
the combination of peanut butter and banana, or banana and certain other things. I like peanut butter, i like banana. but together...it tastes okaaay, but then my stomach is just like "nope, not havin' it. nice try lady"
Also, I totally agree with the toothpaste thing. Some of the newer citrus-ey ones are alright, but the regular mint makes me naseus. especially if i have an empty stomach when i'm brushing my teeth.
Beef. Doesn't matter how it's prepared, any kind of beef makes me nauseous (not to mention it somehow makes my acne flair up o.O;; )
And octopus. I loooove octopus, but sadly, I'm allergic to it =(
Oh, and chicken liver. Yuck. The taste, not so bad...but the texture makes me gag!
Red Meat and Tomato ANYTHING, urgh!! oh and squash too (which sux!)
Eggs, Pork and most red meat. Fast food. ...anything with MSG.
Mcdonalds will make me deathly sick for days vomiting green. ( yuck.. sorry)
