Gained 2-3 pounds?
I ate my first day of 3000 calories yesterday.
The scales say I have gained 2-3 pounds...?
HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? I'm so scared.

A lot of food means adding some weights too, and you are now bloated (on top of regular daily weight fluctuation). Drink green tea, eat clean the next few days and wait a day or 2.
Does it matter? You're trying to gain weight. Just be happy it is working for you.
Seriously though it's just bc you have a lot of food sitting in your stomach, and you're probably retaining a ton of water. I doubt you gained any real weight at all.

I'm. Sooo pleased for youxxx from reading others posts and my own experience you may get some bloating and I expect most the weight which has gone on will fluctuate because of water, but getting used to your body and learning to accept in any form will be something you can work on through theses first stages...because it does get better and being happy with yourself at your worst is one of the hardest stages for mexxx lots of good luckxxx and keep eating;)
My first week of recovery I prolly gained 10lbs in less than a week! Im pretty sure it was mostly water though cause I felt a whole lot better than I had in months. I was severely dehydrated and having acute renal failure though.
