Ok so joined the gym 3 weeks ago. I'm eating about 1600 calories a day and doing an hour workout 3 times a week. This varies between kettlebells, zumba, step and tone and body pump. I also jog on treadmill and use powerplate. My problem is I'm putting on weight and it is so demotivating I could cry and feel like giving up :-(

How old are you? If you are 21 or under you need at least 1800 calories to successfully lose weight with excercise. Also check your bmr, and eat a little more than it. It depends on your weight. You could be undereating which is stalling weight loss
How old are you? If you're under 21 try 1800 calories... in the long run it'll be easier to continue losing weight.
3x a week is great! How about the other days? Is it possible to get in a 20 minute walk? Just some activity every day can help .
