Help combat anxiety/ depression.
Hey everyone, I thought it might be useful to people who are struggling or have struggled with anxiety and depression to share anything that makes them feel more relaxed as I know it can be very hard to want to do anything when you are depressed. For example: when I am really anxious I do yoga or listen to one of my favourite songs :)
Good idea! I have anxiety and depression and when I am feeling more anxious I make lists and plan the week ahead - makes me feel more organised and calm. When I feel depressed I write in a diary. It doesn't really help much but I figure it's better than keeping it all bottled up.
