Here's the deal:
1. You are not eating enough calories.
2. You are not eating enough protein.
3. You are eating too much sodium.
4. You are not eating enough fruits and veggies.
5. You are underweight.
What to do:
1. Eat at least 3000 calories a day. Period.
2. Eat more protein. Aim for 150 grams.
3. Eat less salt. No more than 3000mg a day.
4. Eat at least five fruit and veg a day. Aim for seven.
5. Lift weights to help you gain muscle.
6. Get off Calorie Count and stop being so incredibly obsessive.
You post constantly, asking the same things over and over. Stop counting so precisely, worrying about percentages, and constantly reviewing your diet. Eat ALOT, eat heathily, and get on with your life. Food is fuel. It should not consume your life as it clearly has.
