Nothing to be worried about whatsoever. I don't have a colon anymore so I don't retain weight from food that well but even so, I can retain about 4 lbs from a day of eating. Also, clothes and differences in scales can make a huge impact on your weight. I can weigh myself on my scale or go to my parents' house and use their scale and I usually vary by about 2 lbs even if my weight hasn't changed. So yeah, don't worry about a 4.5 lb fluctuation.

Yeah, it's probably a combination of weight retained from food and being weighed on a different scale. I'm always at 2-3 or more pounds heavier later in the day... all food weight, haha! And my doctor's scale was literally always wrong... so yeah, just trust the scale you always use at home. Don't worry about the other reading :)
