Hi all - Does anyone have suggestions on how to log your food when you have a stomach bug and have been throwing up? For example I had a handful of crackers and kept them down for only about a hour and a half: should I log this or not?
I apologize if this is the wrong area to ask this; I've only been doing this for a week and it seemed like the best place to get feedback.
There is no need to count calories when you are ill and vomiting. Just concentrate on trying to keep something down and get better. Go back to counting when you're healthy again. Hope you start feeling well soon! :]
