my parents threw me out after i told them about my eating disorder. help?

they threw me out 5 weeks ago, and ever since then i have been living with my best friend at her house:( i have been struggling with anorexia since the age of 13, and 5 weeks ago i decided it was finally time to come clean. i made a really nice supper with all my dad's favorite foods, and even prepared my mom's favorite cocktail mix for her. but it didn't do me any good. after telling them that i was an anorexic, and i wanted to recover, they literally threw me out right then and there. i was told to go upstairs, pack my bags, and come down in ten minutes time or else. there was be a taxi waiting for me to take me to my best friend's house, and the rest is history.. i haven't talked to them, or even my little sister (she switched schools) since that night.

right now i am 15 years old, 5'6'' and 92 pounds up from 85. my best friends parents have been nothing but kind and compassionate towards me about this mess im in, and for that i am forever thankful. but its time for me to get serious. my goal is to gain up to 112 asap, and show my parents that im not anorexic anymore. and i need a lot of help to do this!

today was the first day i really "tried," mainly because my appetite is finally coming back. so how do you think i did?

B: 200g of sainsburys juicy berries, nuts & seeds in a bowl (it's 191kcals per 50g serving=764kcals) with 2 cups of unswt vanilla almond milk and 1 sliced banana

S: 1/4 cup peanut m&ms, an orange, slice of whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp almond butter

S: 8 oz plain yogurt, 10 almonds, couple handfuls of blueberries and grapes, 1/2 cup pistachios

D: 2 medium baked potatoes with 2 tbsp salted butter, approx 4 handfuls of white meat chicken, a cup of unswt vanilla almond milk

S: 1/2 an asda's yogurt mango & passionfruit big pot (127kcal per 1/4 pot=254kcal for half a pot), 3 jacob's cream crackers, a pear

30 minute walk (to school and back), 30 minutes hatha yoga, 30 minutes spinning and 15 minutes light weight lifting during gym class

i know that it isn't much food..but it's the best i can do right now. i feel guilty, spending all my best friend's money and all, you know? if anybody has any advice or tips for me on gaining weight, please tell! i just want to go home..:( and gaining weight is the only way i believe i can accomplish this

Your parents sound like my parents!  They got really mad at me and didn't speak to me for over two months with my eating disorder and they cut me off (they didn't kick me out though, but still).  I'm sorry.  I know how that can make things even harder when people aren't supportive of you.  Good job on eating six times a day and having fats! :)  Condidering that you need to gain weight ASAP and you have a lot to gain (125 lbs to have a BMI of 20.1, I'm not sure where you got 112??) you are going to have to do some really scary things, I'm sorry to say :( I really am.  I would reccomend eating a minimum of 3500 calories a day.  I know you feel bad about the money thing but maybe you can arrange something with your best friend's parents like helping them around the house or running errands or something like that to pay them back.  Also, you need to cut back on exercise.  I can go with walking to school and maybe yoga three times a week but besides that it's not a good idea. As for food I reccomend eating very calorie dense foods like peanut butter to help you get your calories.  I know that this all stinks and it is going to be extremely hard but it must be done in order to get better and get back into your house.  I really hope that this helps you out some and let me know if you have anymore questions! Good luck :)

i would look into community support groups, alerting the school and counselors to your position, and relaxing on the food bit. If it helps, perhaps you can contribute to the house with some cleaning, laundry, etc. Not to become anyone's slave, but on weekends offer to help whoever clean if that makes you feel better.

Focus on gaining weight. That is the goal. Best of luck!

Whats the legal issues on this are you in the US or where are you,  can parents actually kick you out of the house with no support at 15,  i mean this sounds a bit nuts to me,  i mean i believe you, but i cannot see what your paernts are thinking.

Was this a real person, or was it a joke,  i was concerned about this person, but now i see no profile, and one thread,  what was this about?

:(   What kind of parents would abandon their child when they obviously need them the most?

This is so sad! I once had almost the same stats as you, and it's great that you want to recovery because that is truly the first step. As for advice on what I think you should do, I think it would be wise to stock up on cheap, inexpensive food! I will give you a list of some of my favorites when I started gaining:

-Peanut butter! 2T=200calories and one jar goes a long way! It's great to add to smoothies, you can get great weight gain smoothie ideas online. My favorite is 2 frozen bananas, 1/4c. peanut butter, as much milk as desired, all blended together! If you have access to a blender, that is! It's also good on toast.

-Any kind of nuts, for that matter! Some can be expensive, but it's usually cheaper if you can find them in bulk. 1oz usually is about 150-200calories

-Beans and legumes are great additions to wraps, as is rice purchased in bulk, which can be calorie dense if you add a lot things into them like avocados, cheese, etc.

-If you like to bake, you can use what your friends' parents already have to bake cookies, muffins, etc. for some calorie dense ideas.

-Whole milk is usually about the same price as regular, if your friends' parents wouldn't mind switching.

-Dried fruits: 1c. raisins has over 500calories, and cranberries 400calories.

-Olive and canola oils can sometimes be expensive, but like peanut butter, the jar goes a long way. Try bumping up calories on pasta or add to eggs and baked goods.

Hope this helps and I truly wish you the best of luck!:)
