I'm 113-116 pounds and 5'6. (14 year old female); and my period is still yet to return! Am I eating enough (check below)? My Bmi is healthy, and I look healthy also.. If you don't believe me, check my current profile picture! I just want to get my period and be a normal girl again! I haven't had my period since December 2011. I'm very frustrated. Could a quick bout with EDNOS last year around this time still be causing this? Sometimes, I notice that my fingernails will still turn blue. Not as bad as they were last year though.

Other snacks: 1 jello fruit cup, and a serving of raisins.
You're BMI is not as high as it needs to be to support your menstrual period. You probably don't want to hear this, but many people recovering from eating disorders require a BMI of 20+ for their period to return.
Your intake is not sufficient enough for you to gain. I would recommend eliminating any "light"/low calorie items from your diet and incorporating more nutrient rich energy sources. It is also often helpful to eat more fat sources to support the return of your period, as well as avoiding exercise.
Best of luck with your recovery!
