Random Itching?

Quote  |  Reply

Since I've been starting to lose weight and exercise just about everyday, I've noticed that when I'm not in motion ( watching TV after my workout, or at work in the morning mainly) my stomach will randomly start itching like someone is putting a feather to my tummy. It's always on my fattiest areas too... My question is, would that hopefully be because my muscles are getting rid of the fat, or are rebuilding from the workout I made them do? (or whatever the muscles do to repair themselves after a nice workout lol)

Muscles don't get rid of fat. I guess you could potentially feel some tingling from your muscles repairing but I've never heard of it before. Muscles will twitch randomly, but that isn't usually accompanied by an itching sensation.

I doubt it's anything bad though, so that's a good thing!

That's what I figured, it's just weird lol. I get done with the gym and I'm then always itching... Oh well. I guess if it's not killing me it's fine then!
