Sleep disorder, Blue light?

Quote  |  Reply

I have a bad problem with waking up in the morning. It is almost physically painful to drag myself out of bed, and after i am awake i go through what feels like a 6 hour jet lag.  And i don't seem to fully wake up until its late at night just before I go to bed.  It has been like this ever since i can remember, and i go to bed every night at 10:00.

I'm thinking its maybe DSPS, though i dont usully have trubble falling asleep. Regardless if it is or isn't, I had herd of a blue light helping me out. Would that really help? If so, how would it work? and if not, what will?

You should go to see your doctor.  What you describe is quite bad fatigue and there can be many conditions that could make that happen.   Iron-deificiency and anaemia spring to mind immediately, for example.... but there are lots of others.  Your doctor would be able to run through some tests to establish why you're so fatigued.  Good luck

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
