Okay...Got weighed today...in only a few days, put on 0.6kgs and have done nothing differently and if anything, have messed up a bit this week (eg: forgot snacks and stuff) :( It has thrown me totally, and to crown it all in, someone called me fat today. I don't know what to do, I can't stop crying :'(

do you not want to gain weight? also your weight daily fluctuates thats why you should really only weigh yourself once per week and it also depends on clothes, time of day, you could be down by 0.6 today, dont worry too much about it. 

0.6 kgs is nothing!  When I started eating regularly I put on over 4kgs in 3 days.  You are meant to be gaining weight anyway and 0.6kgs is a slow, but acceptable rate at which to do that.  Yes its hard to see the number go up, but you have to focus on what you stand to gain...your health and a life that is full of happiness rather than a constant obsession with food.  And don't worry what anyone else says, your health is none of their business.  People have there own issues with food and weight, don't let it ruin your health and life.

Think of it as a test. You have lots of test when you have a lot of wt to loose like me. One is doing your best and not loosing for a couple of weeks or gaining two pds. when you worked hard enough to loose 3. To pass the test you just smirk and keep going. The more test you pass, the stronger you get.

The OP is underweight and needs to be gaining not loosing weight!
