Underweight?
Hi. people say I am underweight but I can't be. I think I still need to lose weight, TBH.
I am 17 years old, 105 pounds and 5'7.
Is there anything wrong with this?

Do you restrict your cals?
Do you have your period?
I am not a medical doctor but when I reached that weight, I was taken off school and refed by my parents. I was tired, cold and my skin and hair was dry. I have been told that the minimum healthy weight for someone of my height is 119. And I'm 3 years younger than you.
If you see yourself as someone who should lose some weight, I suggest you seek external help, 'cause there is no way you could look fat.
I don't understand how people can maintain at 2000 calories. Like only people like my mom do and she is 150 pounds and 5'9 and she looks kind of fat.
I do have my period, I am on birth control
You don't get it. I have flub. Like my legs and belly do look chubby
Please seek help. I hope you understand how skewed your thoughts are. For your height you are considerably underweight. Your last comment was quite negative and I bet hurtful to some.
Help with what?
your eating disorder.
How many calories DO you eat a day?
You do realise your BMI is only 16.4 and can die any minute, right?

You are very underweight, and your perception of thin and fat seems very distorted. 150 at 5'9 is nowhere near fat. and 105 at 5'7 is dangerously underweight. the 'flub' you're talking about is probably skin and loose muscle. people need to have some fat on them - it's unhealthy for a woman to have less than 15% fat on them, and even that is a bit low.
What's more important in life? Your health and wellbeing, or reaching your twisted idea of 'thin' and being at risk of dyeing from a heart attack by age 20?
People say you're underweight because you are. 105 lbs is too little for even me and I'm 5'3. You need to weigh atleast 130
What do you think I should do? Gain weight and look even fatter? Is it possible to achieve >5% body fat?
I eat only carrots and run 5 hours cross country every day

Okay so maybe my family does think I have an ED and maybe they do think that I am way too skinny, I just don't know what to do... HELP!
If I were to gain weight, what would I have to do? How much would I hate to gain?
