No, it's not because you're gaining muscle.
There's no way your bones could be sticking out more than they were a while ago if you haven't lost weight.
Do you have a professional helping you through recovery? If not, I think it's time to go that route, based off this and your other recent posts.

No I dont and I cant because we have no insurance. They ARE sticking out more. I'm exactly the same weight though. or i'm just insane
Avacado, are you in California? If so, I think you should contact the California Health and Human Services Agency or the Department of Health Care Services and see if they can offer you free or low-cost help.

I do have an ED. I don't believe it though. thanks for making me feel like to fat to have an ED!
