Numbers too high?  

I think this has been my highest number day, especially of carbs, so that's probably what's giving me some anxiety.    

65% of calories from carbs.  

This number is probably way too high or no?  What about the other numbers?

Of you're trying to drop weight, then ya, that's prob too many carbs. Carbs have sugar, sugar likes to hang out and visit with the rest of the body, putting on bulk. Lean meats, colorful veggies, leafy greens are the best way to go. But no despair! Tomorrow is always another day!! :)
