Activity level help?!

Ok so I run 3 times a week for 45 minutes and then do weights for 45 minutes the other three days. One rest day. Away from those, I'm usually relaxing at home on the computer, 3-4 times a week I'll go out and do stuff with friends, stores, etc. Whats my activity level?? Sedentary, light, moderate, or active?! I'm a 16 year old male also!

I would say light or moderate, PLUS your exercise which you would count separately, preferably with a HRM for accuracy. Sedentary is literally lying in bed all day, lightly active is just moving around the house, doing a bit of chores and cooking, moderate would include walking a bit most days like when you are out with friends. Plus remember that since you're growing you will need more than online calculators say.

i'd say you are at Moderate Activity status and if you chose to  use that status you should not log any activitys at all the CC will do it for you.
