When it coems to body frame, I never really knew what I was exactly. My mom thinks I'm large framed, my dad thinks I'm medium framed, and some people have even said I look small framed! But I'm usually thought to be somewhere between a medium and large frame.

To see what I really was, I just did a wrist circumference and elbow breadth measurement. My wrists are only 14 cm, putting me in the very small frame category, but my elbow breadth is 10 cm, suggesting that I have a very large frame. Those are 2 pretty big extremes. I seriously don't think I'm either one, as I'm definitely not petite, but I'm not very big and stocky either. Does this suggest that I'm right in between, at a medium frame? This is so confusing >.<

It is indeed very confusing. My wrist is 13cm (tiny) but if you look at how my body built I could hardly qualify for a very small frame body too as my bone structure's all over the place (wide hips, wide ribcage etc)

I just consider myself to be 'small to medium' frame as you would be too, but we definitely can carry more weight considering how other parts of our bodies aren't built particularly 'small' so to say. As long as we feel healthy and we eat well, we don't have to worry too much, right?

I do wanna hear it from others, what do they think about this?

Interesting. Yeah I distribute weight pretty unevenly too. Like I have a very prominent collar bone, thin hands, and ankles, yet I also have broad shoulders, big hips, and a rather wide ribcage. Maybe we're just medium-framed and fine-boned. I don't really care though, as it's true that taking care of ourselves and being healthy is the most important thing.

But yeah, I want to see what others might say too???

i've got tiny wrists and shoulders with a prominent collar bone and no hips... but i've got a wide ribcage and thick calves/ankles. the thick legs may be due to running, because my knees are small... but i'm not proportionate at all, haha.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
