how many calories to maintain?
ok, i'm pretty sure i kno the answer to this, but here goes. I'm 16 yrs old, 5'8", 140 lbs. I exercise 6 days a week, right now its 15 min straight out running, 30 minutes walking. Any advice? waht about on the days that i dont exercise? i already looked it up, but i would like to double check, just so i know for sure. thanks! :D

well since your a teen like me, i would probably safly assume the level of exersize you do to be very active/ moderatly active, one thing im rather sure of is on your "off day" when you dont exersize, your metabolism burns about the same, at least i assume so.
probably very active though, calorie count has a calorie calculator that can roughly give you an idea, but be warned it shouldnt be taken too too seroiusly, since we are both still growing, i know i needed more than the recommended 2300-500
