(woke up early to study O_O) cinnamon gingerbread coffee, 2 hours later a banana

B- bowl of kashi go lean berry crisp cereal with strawberry-banana flavored soymilk

Exercise! Rare occurrence, so I'm pretty proud of myself: lightly jogged for 20 minutes on the treadmill (and nearly died after, haha not really- I just couldn't breathe)

L- red pepper hummus with red pepper and tomatoes on 2 slices of toasted bread

S- an apple, 2 peanut butter oreos

D- 1 and a half mugs of lentil soup, followed by 2 small squares german chocolate

S- 3 tbsp white chocolate peanut butter (eaten from the jar :P), about a cup of blackberries

p.s. I never post my tea since I have it all the time, but I post coffee because I don't have it often :P

dark angel- It's great that you're starting to exercise, but be careful! If you literally can't breathe, maybe you're pushing yourself a little bit too hard. In other matters, that hummus sandwich looks fantastic. I wish that I had a food processor to make hummus. :/

Hmm...I want to reply to other people but all of their posts are on the other thread and I don't remember what they said! Grrrrr.....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~
B- Three blueberry pancakes topped with melted blueberries
L- @ a pizzeria- A LOADED slice of pizza. Seriously, it was called the "Garbage Can" and had sausage, sliced meatballs, artichoke hearts, bacon, ham, bell peppers, sauce, parmesan, and pepperoni.
S- Hot n spicy chocolate tea
D- Kidney beans cooked with a little salsa, boiled brussel sprouts and carrots
exercise- 30 minute walk, intense housework ;)
EDIT: at around midnight I was starving and had 1 cup of dry Cheerios sprinkled with cinnamon.
Darkangel: PEANUT BUTTER OREOS? THOSE EXIST?! And I'm with Sungiant— be sure to be careful when you're starting to exercise!
Sungiant: Spicy chocolate tea? That sounds so different... where did you get it?
Another icky weather day. Spent most of the day inside, slept in and later went to Starbucks to work on some applications for Summer programs and then walked to the grocery store while I was out. P.S. Does walking 12 blocks in 4 inch heels carrying groceries count as a workout? HAHA! I never do traditional "work outs".
B: Yogurt with warm dark chocolate pudding, peanut butter, and warm banana mash
L: Tuna melt (wheat toast, albacore tuna, siracha, American cheese)
S: Grande vanilla bean frappuccino at Starbucks (I'm normally a HUGE coffee person but I was more in a milkshake mood despite the freezing weather)
D: Cottage cheese with Justin's maple almond butter (if you've never tried this you simply must, dare I say it's up there with Nutella and cookie butter)
S: Bowl of Cookie Crisp cereal with almond milk
S: Bowl of Cocoa Puffs cereal with almond milk
Sungiant: "Garbage Can"? Well that's an appealing name :P Your dinner sounds really good! I tried brussel sprouts once but I didn't know how to cook them so they were awful... I need to learn how to make them right! And I actually don't make my hummus, I can make it plain but I buy all of the flavored ones, haha.  I don't think I pushed myself too hard, it's always been difficult for me to breathe when I run- which makes trying to exercise even worse >.<
hardcoresweettooth: Yeah they do! And there's mint ones (which I like), berry ones (which are gross), and apparently "golden oreos" which I kind of want to try next! There's seasonal ones too, but I think the only difference is color, not taste :P
Oh and I just had like 2 handfuls of swedish fish candy, then about 2 tbsp dark chocolate peanut butter. Grr, I keep snacking too much at night.
annabel- I'm going to be 14. :)  I'm excited myself!
Breakfast- A couple of blueberry pancakes topped with a delicious peanut butter/maple syrup topping, and a glass of milk.
Snack- A strawberry and some absolutely yummy vanilla cupcake goldfish grahams.  I think I'm addicted to those things!
Lunch/ Sunday dinner- One and a half slices of delicious "Garbage can pizza".  I also had a ton of crusts from other pieces.  mmmmm Unfortunately my "half" of pizza came from Sungiant's pizza slice.  Please, next time eat the whole thing instead of making it "normal size", dang it!  I also had a Dr. Pepper.
Snack- Salsa and chips and a blueberry pancake.
Oooops sorry iPhone typing, duno how to get the spaces! Xxx
Hellothere: Welcome! Looking forward to seeing your newly varied eats!
Darkangel: Those all sound fabulous! Although I can agree about berry sounding a bit wonky...
Crazy busy day. Looking like this semester is going to be a lot of days like this. Taking a break from homework as I write this...
B: Cottage cheese with maple almond butter and instant espresso powder
L: Cottage cheese with maple almond butter, strawberries dipped in warm dark chocolate pudding like fondue
S: Ranch soy crisps
S: Banana
D: 2 slices whole wheat bread with smoked turkey, sriracha, and cheddar cheese, strawberries, ranch soy crisps
S: Probably either Cookie Crisps or chocolate Pepero cookies.
hardcoresweettooth: Do you like maple almond butter? I definitely want to try it, if I can find it!
B- banana, about a cup of quaker maple oatmeal squares cereal (dry)
L- peanut butter cookie larabar, cup of blueberries, 8 oz. chocolate soymilk
D- mug of lentil soup and dinner roll, followed by 2 squares german choc. and some raisins
Woohoo exercised today! lightly jogged for 20 minutes on the treadmill
S- cinnamon raisin bagel crisps with almond butter, an apple.... also a peppermint stick
Darkangel: Yes! It holds a very special place in my heart, since it's what made me fall in love with nut butters! Haha! I definitely recommend trying it if you can find it. It's seriously the best nut butter I've ever had... at a cost. It's 10 dollars a jar full price (on sale around 7-8). They sell little squeeze packs of single servings, which might be better than committing to the whole thing! I only get it every once in a while, but every time I do I always wish it was what I ate all the time.
dark angel- Oh, Brussels sprouts done right are amazing. I used to be on the fence about them because my mom always boiled them, but since I learned to roast them I've been a believer! First of all you need to get the small ones because the larger brussels tend to be more bitter. Once you have a package of small sprouts, coat them in a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast in the oven at 425 degrees for about half an hour. They're so rich and sweet and amazing this way.
nomminkitties- I could have done better with the pizza but it was nerve wracking enough to see the giant greasy thing....I just couldn't bring myself. I am excited for your birthday 'cause I gotcha PRESENTS!
geo26- I actually really enjoy days eating big snacks all day, it allows for more variety. Sounds like you did a lot of creative things with your food today.
swirlyfrost- I've never heard of chocolate Cheerios, they sound so interesting. Chocolate breakfasts are the best. :D
lowri- Agh, that brie, cranberry, and babyleaf sandwich sounds soo good. I love the creativity in y'all's meal plans lately- it gives me so many new ideas!
hello there- Hello there, "Hello there". :P I used to find myself trapped eating all of the same things not only because I knew they'd be filling, but because they gave me a sense of security. Good luck on branching out- it's an exciting and fun world out there! Your eats look fabulous already. :)
hardcoresweettooth- I am also jealous of your maple almond butter. I've seen the little squeeze packets of Justin's nut butters in the organic section of the grocery-perhaps they'd be worth a try!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~

This evening I shot for the American Legion Precision Shooting Sports Postal competition...hope that I placed well!

In other matters, I've been so ridiculously lazy lately. The trouble with homeschooling is that I get so lackidasical with my education come mid-January and have no one to force me to work but myself...if only I could transfer my willpower from unproductive things (like restrictive eating) to productive things like school! D:

B- Banana-strawberry overnight oats with an egg white and cottage cheese (don't worry, I wound up cooking them.)

L- Bowl of split pea soup, a pear, swiss, and onion sandwich, cucumber slices

S- Mashed banana, peanut butter, and maple syrup all mixed into cottage cheese with graham crackers to dip.

D- 1/2 of a baked sweet potato topped with ginger and cinnamon, green beans in a mustard/garlic vinaigrette, a lemon pepper chicken leg, tomato and lettuce salad with vinegar and oil, half of a ranch roll

S- Milky tea and animal crackers

Hmm...I ate a lot today! xD

Didn't do much today except for Shooting Sports... maybe tomorrow I'll go out and get ice cream.  Who knows? :P

Breakfast- Instant breakfast, a clementine, and peanut butter cinnamon bread.  Unfortunately someone poured sugar all over my bread. :/

Lunch- A slice of pizza, split pea soup, and another clementine.

Snack- Peanut butter bread and something else... I forgot.

Dinner- Chicken, green beans, and lettuce and tomato salad.  Had a little milk, but ended up not drinking it all.  It tasted bad due to my snotty nose.

Snack- Animal crackers, vanilla cupcake goldfish grahams, and the rest of my milk. :)

lowri: i usually drink whittart caramel flavored hot chocolate with a bit of milk:) by the way, your lunch sounds great!

sungiant: thanks:) i also like big snacks days, because i love munching stuff, so this allowes me to do it more often

nomminkitties: the peanut butter cinnamon bread sounds great:) did you bake it yourself?

B: 2 mini cinnamon rolls, latte

s: apple, some cheddar cheese

s: this was kind of random...but quite good:p greek yoghurt with one tbsp blueberry jelly, one tbsp melted peanut butter and 1/2 sliced banana

s: cottage cheese, celery

d: gnocchi casserole with spinach, parmesan and cheddar cheese

s: mini kit kat

+ 6k run:)
