Can eating according to hunger ever be wrong?
So.. I make faaaar too many posts, ahaha!
Long story short: I gained about 1kg or so likely due to my period, but I am worried this is because I have been eating more(2000-2500 a day). Some days I have as much as 2700 if I go out for dinner or something. I'm a healthy BMI of 21, but my ED keeps saying that I am too big, yadda yadda. I look in the mirror and think I'm a BMI of 23-24! My boyfriend keeps telling me I'm slim and gorgeous, but I can't get my ED out of my brain.
I work out or walk for 30-60 minutes daily, so is 2500 unreasonable? I eat a healthy diet, and usually my day looks like this..
Breakfast: 50-60g cereal(granola, just right, weet-bix, special k..) with 250ml lite soymilk
Snack: A tall skim mocha, a piece of fruit
Lunch: A sandwich/wrap/roll, a piece of fruit/fruit juice/gatorade
Snack: A piece of fruit/a couple of plain biscuits and tea, crackers or sandwich with PB&J/250g plain greek yoghurt and honey
Dinner: A family meal(lots of protein, veggies and potato/rice/pasta)
Snack: Two scoops of low fat icecream in a cone, a glass of lite soymilk before bed =)
I guess I need to just accept the slight increase in weight. I was initially scared **** and wanted to lose it all, but I know I can't afford to mess with my weight and intake any more. I'm not fully recovered after all. I'm not prepared to do the 3000 a day approach, I'd rather keep exercising and eat healthily. =)

Very reasonable! I walk 30-60 mins a day, and maintain on 2,250-2,500 a day, and I'm a little old lady of 42...
reinwen, you have worked SSOO hard, and done so well - you deserve to be well and happy, and to enjoy your life - and your food! Your meal plan looks fine to me. Most of us maintain a range of about 4 lbs, not an exact weight, so I really wouldn't let 1 kg worry you - especially around TTOTM!
Cool.. I guess my ED is just being a pain! I keep imagining that I've gained weight on my stomach and thighs, because I haven't weighed myself in a while. But I haven't eaten any more than 2500 calories.
