Harder to start maintaining than it was to start the diet?

I have finally reached my weight loss goal! I had originally set it lower, but looking in my mirror I see the shape that I was working so hard for and don't feel like I need to lose anymore. I am down from 155 pounds to 118 pounds, 5'5", 23 and small framed. Over the last two weeks I have upped my calorie intake from 1300-1400 to 1500 and am aiming to eventually hit about 2000 a day depending on my activity amount. Even better once there I want to stop counting. I have never had an ED, so I was kinda shocked when I realized I was mentally  struggling so much with eating the extra calories. I don't want to get into an unhealthy relationship with food! Any recommendations for easing into a better everyday diet?

Trying adding really healthy things that are super easy to digest like a banana or an extra cup of veggies with dinner, your tummy will thank you for it. You have probably cut out fats and carbs until now. Considering adding some healthy fats back in eg oily fish like salmon or some healthy carbs like a small serve if brown rice. All this should help with the mental block. A girlfriend of mine had one day off a week and ears whatever she wants that day, works for her she looks amazing and the rest of the time is dairy and wheat free. Good luck and well done.

Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
