I need some advise here. 4 months ago I started really paying attention to the food I was eating. Since then I have lost about 10 kgs (from 78 to 68 kg). I am 1.90 meters tall, so this means that I weigh less than what I was aiming for (72 kg). My main intention was not to loose weight, but get rid of the belly fat, which is certainly gone now.
I need to gain back about 4 kg now, but I do not want the belly fat to come back again. What is the best way to do this?
Oh yes, I do a lot of sport (3-4 times running 5-10 kms per week, tennis 2 times a week) and for the moment I eat between 2000 and 2500 cal's a day (CC says 2400 to maintain).
Thanks.

Hm, I'm not really an expert, but from what I know, avoid sugar, eat a lot of protein, and weight train. This site may help: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/index.html
What you eat doesn't effect where you put on fat. You're very thin now, so plenty exercise will put on muscle and you'll look and feel better.
Are you actually maintaining now? Or are you still dropping weight?
You need to start increasing your calories. Slowly. Add 200 calories every couple of weeks.
If you are maintaining now then just add 200 . At most 400 calories. You'll slowly gain weight. If you're working out it'll be mostly muscle. Some will be fat no matter what.
If you are still losing weight you need to increase calories until you get to maintaince and then increase 200 calories above that.
Just do it slowly.

If you didn't strenght train somewhat when you lost weight, chances are that you lost some muscle with that fat.
So start lifting weights. Keep with a maintenance calorie intake (more when you train). Eat plenty of protein after each training sessions.
