Does this sound like a good maintenance plan?

Hi everyone! I'm 15 years old, >5'4" and weigh 115-118 lbs. I was wondering if my maintenance plan sounded healthy:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt, 1.5 cup Puffins (cereal), large banana

Snack: 1 oz raw almonds

Lunch: 2 slices sunflower seed bread, 1/4 cup hummus, tomato slices and lettuce, gala apple

Snack: large gala apple with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, Luna/Larabar

Dinner: lots of sauteed broccoli, Swiss chard, 1/2 sweet potato, black eyed peas

Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, ~cup skim plus milk

Total: 2300-2400 calories

I don't eat this everyday exactly, but most days are similar. Is there too much sugar or carbs in this diet? I have been maintaining my weight range on this amount for a couple of weeks. My weight is not that high though so if I gain a few pounds that's okay. Thanks!

I'm 15 too and am trying to maintain ! But if this diet works, you say youve been maintaining for a few months, it must work ! 2100 calories seems perfect, you must be active though if youre maintaining ?
I hope it works! I am somewhat active but I had to gain weight for recovery from an eating disorder. I actually lost two pounds the first week I tried to maintain on this amount!

That looks to be more like 2100 to me, although you could afford to have as much as 2500 I'd bet. =) I have 2000-2500 to maintain my weight, and I'm lightly to moderately active(I walk for 30-60 minutes or workout). It looks very healthy and balanced to me, and very similarly structured to my diet actually! =P 3 meals and 3 snacks is the best way to go.
