I've lost 1-2 lbs per week for months and recently hit my goal, but I'm still losing... I eat plenty and exercise some. Will my body find its own stopping point? I don't want to wither away to nothing but I'm very happy with what I eat.

Change something. What do you mean by "eating enough"? are you eating enough of weightloss calories? do you count calories? have you seen a doctor? have you calculated your maintenance calories?
How many calories do you eat per day?
