A couple of suggestions, get a fat ball and replace your desk chair with it. Keeps you active just sitting. 2nd up your water intake a lot. Getting hydrated will help reduce food cravings. 3rd find an activity to do every day after work, walk to and around a park, go to a stadium and give yourself a tour going up and down the steps, get that old bike out and use it to go shopping or to the library something to keep your metabolism up...If you are cutting calories break them up more eat more often every 3 hours or so, keep the digestive and metabolism running all day.
