Today I started my slim fast diet....I had two eggs for breakfast english muffin and glass of milk when I got to work I had a creamy milk chocolate shake on ice and I gotta tell u, I haven't been hungry since....so far I feel great and refreshed. My last weigh in was 199lbs and Im on a 1250-1350 cal diet and will report mon-fri on cc.<----I will weigh in every friday with gains or losses
I LOVE the taste of slim fast!! But I find that it barely keeps my hunger away for even 2 hours, kinda sad :(
And that's the 190 calorie slimfast optima can. But that's just me... Ive always gotten hungry fast (& faster than most people i know)
at first I was fine then mid week I found it a little harder but I probably have a larger stomach from over eating so now Im trying to train my stomach to eat have the servings that it is use to.
Its like once u have a bigger appetite its harder to eat little.
but Im definatly am going to stay in "training" and teach myself to eat smaller portions and occupy my time from being hungry or eat my foods with fiber. TOday I forgot my lungh and shakes at home so I had a banquet dinner boneless bbq rib with corn and mashed potatoes and a red barq creme soda(Im trying to stay away from soda) and the meal was tasty with total of 370 cals about the same as a healthy choice or lean cuisuine meal so I don't feel to bad about leaving my meals (I do feel bad about leaving my shakes thou cause since I started I haven't even notice that I stopped drinking soda) which is so good for me specially since I would drink 2-3 a day and it was like 120cals per serving!
hello my name is rosey im 5 feet 2 i weight 226 and im trying to lose like 60 to 70 pounds i gained alot of weight from over eating and quiting smoking. ive decided instead if a weight lose pill i was gonna go with exercise and the slim fast diet. im new to this site so i dont really know how to post questions or ask for advice but im going to work hard to reach this goal. i just ordered my slim fast today online so as soon as it gets to me im going to begin my diet. i was told i have to have a calorie intake of about 1336 a day. i was wondering maybe we can share stories and progress and i would love any adivce from anyone on there success from the slim fast diet i also can be reached @ firstname.lastname@example.org
