I recently had a bout of depression and went on a week long binge. I stayed inside and never went to the gym once! I put on about 4 pounds in that week. Now I have to get back to it! Has this happened to anyone else?!

It happens to the best of us, don't let it get you down. :) I went on a week long cruise a while back and it was awful, I had a bad time and I was stressed and ended up eating 4000+ calories a day and I was so bloated. I get bloated easily as is, but when I overeat I look like I'm about to give birth to triplets. (as opposed to my normal flat tummy) It's awful. But it's over, and you have to move on :) Eat healthy, gradually cut back to a good amount of calories, and start exercising a little more. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
