Bite-sized weight loss - One month challenge - extended to January 30 - new members welcome

Quote  |  Reply

I like breaking this long-term process into one-month chunks and it's been really motivating to have support threads the past few months.  If anyone wants to join that would be great - whether you're just starting or maintaining, with a big goal or a mini one.

Let's weigh in Mondays and Fridays  to keep us accountable on the weekends and during the week.

Please also post a weekly goal on Mondays - ie, something you will do less of, more of, change altogether - and this can be food-related, an activity, something social - whatever!

Baby steps, baby steps. We'll get there!

Well, down 1.6 in a month. Not so bad. Betsy, I'm totally into extending till Feb 29 or March 2. Planning to do the 30 Day Shred so I'd like to track those results here. Would you start a new thread?

Started a new thread for February.  Let me know if the "intro" is okay...
