Gotta take a second to brag, and to give an example of breaking a plateau, to give hope to others. After a week and a half of deficit and not seeing the scale move more than .5, I dropped 4 pounds on the scale from yesterday! Now, of course I didn't lose 4 pounds in a day, and some of it was water weight, blah blah blah.
BUT. I broke the plateau. And you can, too! Keep at it.
