Hi everyone, I'm 5'5" SW 175 CW 159 GW 145!
I am so happy to be halfway to my goal weight :) I started trying to lose weight in October after returning from a month-long Europe vacation with my boyfriend. I ate a lot of pizza, pasta, desserts, etc and put on quite a bit of weight. Even before the trip I know I had put some weight on while writing my senior thesis.
I lost 5 pounds slowly by just reducing portions. Then December hit and was a disaster! On New Year's I decided that it was time to dig in and do this for real. I run 5 days a week and I love it! I eat from 1200-1500 calories a day and the weight has just been shedding. I lift kettlebells and ride my horse to crosstrain. And best of all, I'm NOT HUNGRY!!!!!
I am so happy with my progress so I thought I would share :) Looking forward to achieving my goal weight and then maybe losing even more! I am signed up to run a 5k on Sunday!

Good job!! You will get there it feels so wonderful to have better fitness that I sometimes wonder how I ever sat on the couch and ate junk :)
