There is no deadline for sign-ups, anyone can join at any time!!
All you have to do is check in once a week (at least) & let us know how you're doing. If/when you "cheat", simply let us know & I will restart your start date.
A cheat is defined as whatever a cheat would mean to you personally, whether it be going over your calories, bingeing, not eating enough, too many treats, etc. We all know when we've cheated, so just be honest with yourself
Let's be honest with each other & keep each other eating clean k? The PRIZE to the winner? Well that's easy - weight loss!!!!!!!!! (or maintenance for those at that stage!) Let's do this!

After being clean for a week after a re-start, I'll re-bold your name. So you always have a chance to feel like you are succeeding.
Also, if you just don't feel like you want to partake in the challenge anymore, can you let me know so I can remove your name from the list? Thanks!!
Anyone not checking in for one week (December 25 - December 31) will be removed from the challenge.

This sounds like a good challenge for me! Sweets and chocolate are my weakness and with halloween candy around i need to watch myself!
I've lost about 5 to 6 pounds in the last 2 or so months. Scale is finally starting to budge. Although yesterday I was bad. But so far so good today!
Great job everyone else. It looks like a lot of people have been sucessful in following this challenge.
Okay, I don't want to fall off by not posting. So far, clean. I'm dog sitting for a friend these next couple of days and won't have access to a computer, so figured I would post it now.

arleiapierce- bring good quaity snacks to work. I love almonds, one hanful a day (no more cuz they're high in cals) but they seem so filling.
I had to go home over the weekend, and my mom served this dish full of cheese. And I ate it, and eating a lot cheese makes me sick. So seeing as how I ate enough cheese to get sick (bleah!)... I figure getting sick doesn't qualify as "clean eating" so I need to be reset
Eep! I'm not gonna make that mistake again!
I would like to join as well. Food in general is my weakness. I love to cook and I love cooking comfort foods and baking when the weather gets cold. It is so much easier for me to lose weight in the summer when all I want to eat is salad with meat on top. Fall and winter when it is getting cold, all I want is soup, stew, and mashed potatoes with gravy. Then sweets of course! I am going to try like heck. I am doing a soup cleanse thing this week (mostly because my hubby is and I refuse to cook something different for me). He says at the end of the cleanse cravings will be gone (or so his friend said) and he is trying to quit smoking so he is hoping this will help. We will see. Soup is my all time fave food so it's not too bad.
