I work out all my problems on the treadmill :)

I do this if I have it on my mind but if I am ahead of my head game, I fall back onto lip syncing to my music and pretending to be a rock star (I plan out my hair, make-up and the music video), my gawd, how embarrassing to say that o.O :P

I definitely daydream on the treadmill... For me, quality 'thinking time' is the best part about running. I never listen to music or anything. Usually I just plan out my day (I run in the morning) or sort through decisions I have to make (like what to write about for my commonapp essay, where to go to college, etc).

Hollowness- That's absolutely hilarious. The next time I go to the gym, I'll be thinking about all the funny things other people around me are thinking about!

Oh- I used to have this terrible OCD habit where I typed thoughts in my head... like on a virtual keyboard or something! For instance, you type the letter "t" with your left hand, so I'd take a step with my left foot for "t." I'd be typing a new letter with every step. It really passed the time...

Let me clarify: All my problems stem from the fact that I am not yet a rock star, so lip syncing counts as working out my problems ;)

Let's just hope you didn't have too many letters in a row with one foot. Type the work letters and see how silly that looks when you are trying to run :)

Well I am quite funny I hear but of course not when I mean to be :P When I cook/bake I pretend I am on a cooking show ;P

I do the same thing!  My parents live in a rural area and when I'm bike riding, I will ride past herds (?) groups, flocks(?) of cows and I will moo to them if I'm feeling great.  Other times I sing outloud to my music.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
