Sorry to everyone but I just have to vent tonight...
So I was doing so well today, I was on my diet and everything and then my friend and I went out to get pizza... I got the spinach ricotta one and was still within my range, then my friend went and got coldstones... And I was GOOD! I didn't get anything while she got a love it....
BUT.... since its exam week my school gives out free food to help study... and the food was cheesecake, brownies, little mozerella poppers, key lime pie squares, oreo brownie bites... you get the picture... and I completely binged... I feel so gross right now.. the good thing is that I burned around 700 calories today at the gym, but still....
Tomorrow is a new day... Can one bad day really throw off my diet completley???

If it makes you feel any better, I did the same thing today. I was doing GREAT til dinner. Then, after dinner, I totally binged the rest of the night. Junk food galore ... and ICE CREAM. Ugh, was my tummy ever NOT happy with me the rest of the night.
It's happened to me before, too. *shrugs* Just get right back on the wagon and don't let those kinds of days become a regular thing, and you should be fine ^_^ .
((((hugs))))) The important thing is you "realize" (sp?) what has happened and you are aware of your calorie intake and such. It isn't just blind eating anymore. You are doing great. One bad day isn't going to hurt your efforts. I had a really big ooopsie yesterday myself. I still managed to burn about 1,000 calories more than what I took in, so I felt bad about it, but I am not beating myself up over it. Today is a fresh start!!!!! Great job getting out to the gym. Good luck on your exams. :)

Thank you all so much... I don't know if today will be any better though, they are still giving away free sweets for exam time... but today I promise myself not to go absolutly crazy with the sweets...
What if...
You take a set amount of the goodies away with you to your study area, so you don't totally binge and you can monitor your intake, and you give them to yourself as rewards? "When I finish this chapter, I can have a brownie bite." "When I have 5 pages done on this paper, I can have half a cheesecake square, and when it's done, I can have the other half" ??
Log em before you eat em so you can see if you need to take anything back or toss it. Once you log, you may find that you don't want to eat all that after all :)
