yeah but i can only afford so much food bro! this is really hurting the pocket book since i started even the 3000.
I know the feeling, because I'm pulling in 3,000 a day as well.
Eat more fat. Peanut butter is dirt cheap (I pay $2 for a 16 oz jar) - I just ate 4 tbsp for about 400 calories. Buy fatty red meat in bulk- you can get it as cheap as $2/lb quite often. Eat more eggs. Drink whey protein powder in milk. Eat a lot of brown rice and lentils.
It can be done, but the fact is at the end of the day, we're going to spend more money than someone eating 1,200 calories a day.
yeah very costly including my physical on Monday which cost me $1000 because I dont have medical but I told them I want to be checked for every disease possible......I think i should try to bump it up to 6000.....but is it really possible to eat more than that in a 24 hour period?...Im going to try tho non-stop ....peanut butter is a good idea Im gonna make 2 peanut butter and banana sandwiches tonight before i go to sleep..lol thanks man.
p.s. I am getting kinda tired of eating tho.....lol but Im not gonna stop until I weigh 185 at least!....also I heard its harder for a skinny person to gain than it is for a heavy person to lose but im not giving up...ever!

You may want to consider making gainer shakes.
Take 2 scoops of whey protein powder, mix in 1 or 2 cups of whole milk and a few tbsp of PB. You could easily top 700 calories with that alone. Throw in a cup of full fat yogurt and you can push 1,000 in a drink!
dang bro you knnow a lot...luckily you found my post thanks for all the good advice man I appreciate it.

Hey Brandon, good news! You must feel very relived!
Good to hear you're managing to get some weight on too, keep up the good work.
I know what you mean about the cost of eating, as well as getting tired of eating, LOL!
Thank goodness I don't need as much as you do. Still, I find it hard to get in healthy calories on a tight budget.
Brandon..that is great news. you said "AS FOR ALLERGIES/PARASITES THERE IS A DIFFERENT LINE OF TESTING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH AND HONESTLY AT THIS TIME I JUST CANNOT AFFORD TO DO ANYTHING ELSE MEDICALLY BUT HE DID MENTION A COLON CLEANSING DRINK CALLED "CLEAN START' IF IM A WORRIED ITS PARASITES LIKE TAPEWORMS, ETC..."
If this is affordable and not otherwise detrimental to health, I would consider doing it. Tape worms and other parasites are not hard to get, and it is even possible to get them in a US restaurant. Unless you have some other reason you know you have lost so much, I would consider it. But even if you don't do this, DO KEEP your appointment in 3 months.
Glad to hear things are looking good so far.
