Well, basically...we're not quite maintaining but not quite losing. Just here to support one another with the goals of:

  • Eating healthy-without loads of deprivation
  • Staying active- to sculpt the sexy body that we want
  • Support one another in LIFE and not just health/fitness (we are friends after all)

So, let's post, joke, give support, and have fun as we take this journey to a better body and more self confidence!

Yukii...if you're aiming below your weight when you posted this then I'd strongly advise against it.

Chrissy - Usually around 11 MST.. but I haven't gone yet.. work has been odd lately so I'm going here in a few minutes.. Ate lunch and waiting for it digest a little bit. Did I miss a post or something? Where did you get that information?? I too am in need of a fitness buddy.. I like to lift and lift heavy but finding someone that enjoys that too has been difficult. I'm not sure I asked, do you work along side going to school?

I looked back at her posts and she was hoping to lose 10 pounds shortly before posting that.

sara...not sure..just looked at her old posts...about a month before her posting her weight as 101 she had posted she wanted to lose 10 pounds.That was over a year ago but her weight goal could have been pretty low. Not sure of her current stats, that's why i asked.

The 23rd of December though she said she was looking to maintain her weight of 101....so I really don't know...I need some clarification.

YAY.. I did it.. well kinda.. I did 151 floors in about 45 minutes.. I'm pooped..

stefanie!! YAY!! that's awesome. I bet you are pooped. will your butt hurt tomorrow?

Hey ladies!! I hope everyone is having a good morning. I did intervals this morning. I'm pooped. My weight is being completely mean...I don't know why my body hates me. I think I'm retaining water because my muscles ache all over.

@Chrissy - Hm, weird. Great workout this morning though!

@Stefanie - Wow awesome!!

I had a high-calorie day yesterday celebrating the end of finals by getting pizza and sangria with some old girl friends then meeting up with people at a couple other bars. It was fun to socialize and not worry about where I had to be in the morning! I'm so glad finals are over. I feel pretty good this morning because although I had five drinks, I spaced it out from like 5:30pm - 11:30pm, and I also had that pizza in my stomach... and okay, you caught me, I had a bowl of cheerios when I got home. :P I'm not sorry! I had fun and I'm back on track today. It's going to be nice not doing anything but I also know that I'm going to want to work out but I NEED a rest day. Any of you have yoga videos you like online?

Sara...I don't have any online ones but Rodney Yee is amazing if you want to order a video to do once a week.

Yeah, my weight has oddly been up 2ish pounds since thanksgiving week but I didn't have a celebration or anything...just disrupted my routine. I started eating more hone cooked foods and it's been bad for the scale.

Chrissy - Apparently no, not sore today :) Great job on the intervals.. those are so much better than steady state.. The only thing I could maybe think of is are you measuring your food? I know when I eye ball I'm COMPLETELY off.. so I've gone back to measuring for a bit.

Oh and the pumpkin pie, well some of it's gone now :) Though it was a bit old so it wasn't that good (horrible that I actually kept eating it too??)

Sara - Your night sounded AWESOME.. Great job getting right back to it too! I don't really do yoga so no suggestions, sorry.

Me - Weight is coming down from all that salt from last week, so I don't think it's actual weight loss but at least it's going in the right direction even with the higher calories.. YAY..

Meals:

B - Chai and donut

S - Chocolate Milk

S- Chocolate Milk

L - I"m thinking spinach salad/dressing and cottage cheese and reduced fat ritz

D - Not sure tonight.. maybe spaghetti and a salad?

Depending on what that accounts to I might add a fiber one brownie in there :)

Workout - Going to try and make it to 155 floors.. though after yesterday I'm not sure that's possible yet.. UGH

Stefanie...I measure every thing but I could be overestimating my calories burned. That's more likely than underestimating my food--I might be off by 100 cals max in terms of intake.

Chrissy - I've been where you are and have been for a while..where the numbers just don't make sense. We know what to do, our bodies just don't want to cooperate!!

stefanie...exactly...I just don't get the numbers. I will continue doing what I'm doing and hope for the best.
