Hi guysssss, guess what it's evening check in time!
I did work my butt off in my training session (actually my trainer did it for me..wow. I hurt all over. He kicked my butt big time) butttt sadly I did kind of pig out at dinner. Lesson learned: NO MORE NIGHT TIME WORKOUTS! I eat way too much. I did refill my nalgene and finish it too, so I got lots of water woo!
Hope all you ladies did well!!
Goal for tomorrow: kick my own butt in workout, and eat few enough calories so I'm on the right track for my deficit for the week lol!
robyneg I am glad to hear your trainer kicked your butt, I wish I had one to kick me into shape. I do feel really confident about me getting on the right track and I am so grateful to have found this site, it is helpful bigtime for me. :) I can't wait to hear how tomorrow goes :) Nite all.

we all are going to do great i know we can especially with support for everyone. :)
Good luck everyone :)
ok, mrs_yooper, time for your lunges lesson! (oh, and they will kill in the beginning. they're an awesome leg-and-butt exercise)
You start with your legs together, and step, oh about 3 feet in front with one leg. You want to go down with your back leg until your back knee is almost touching the floor, and both your legs shoud be at 90 degree angles. When you look past your front knee to your toes, you just just be able to see the tips of your toes over your knee. If you look sideways in a mirror, your body from your shoulders to your back knee (while bent) should be a straight line, perpendicular to the floor. Then bring your back foot forward, past your other foot, and into another lunge!
I hope that made sense lol! You can also do these forward stationary (just stepping forward with one leg, then bringing it back and bringing the other forward) or backward stationary (step backward instead of forward). Once you get good at these, you can add weights, and I like to do them also with the back foot on one of those half-ball things.
Good luck everyone! lysistrata, I feel for you with that chocolate binge...but hey, having one and a half kisses worth (I think thats the amount) of dark chocolate a day is good for you!
thanks for my lunge lesson, i will try to do some this afternoon after work and will post on here how i do. :) wish me luck.
45 minute workout, healthy snack or meal every two hours, stay under 1800 calories.
