Goals for Today & Did you accomplish them?

Quote  |  Reply
Hi everyone.  I thought it would be neat to start a topic on where we can post our goals for the day in the morning and then set a time for 9 pm to enter if we accomplished our goals or not.  This way we have a time limit to get those goals accomplished and we can see what everyone is doing?  I hope some of you will join me in this interesting topic.

Thanks so much,
Tammy

1)  Post in the morning what your goals for the day are.

2)  Post in the evening or the next day, if you reached your goals for the day.

Hi everyone.  I did do some of my goals today, I drank my water, went for my bike ride and walked my puppy.  I did have a soda and I am on my way to do my 10 sit ups.

If they were just hard on your muscles, you did 'em right! Lunges are haaard. Nice job on your goals everyone!
I weighed myself this morning and have gained weight since i started, i started here at 191.8 and am weighing in at 193.   Do you think this could be from all my bike riding and walking that I have been doing?  Maybe changing some fat into muscle?

robyneg    it was hard on my muscles, it shall be interesting to see how i do after getting use to them.  :)   thanks so much
i have been seriously tring to lose weight for a couple of weeks now and i switch my workouts, one day i do weights and elliptical the next i do calestetics and brisk walking i have not lost any weight im hoping its inches, i havnt tried any shorts on so i really dont know yet but it gets frusting i think im going to stay off the scale
Arg I know how you guys feel, I gained weight between this weeks weighing and last's...but I think it was 'cause of how horribly I ate on wed and thurs. Stay off the scale, measure inches and look instead!

I complete my goals last night.  Walk my 2 miles in 30 mins and and drank my requirement of water intake.  I also kept within my calorie intake for the day.

Todays Goals:
Start Drinking Tea in the morning instead of Coffee.
Walk my 2 miles for the day and also 1.4 miles at lunch
Keep Drinking my water intake.
Make one of the main dish off the web site and make dinner for Chris and myself
Hi everyone.  I just wanted to let you know if I completed my goals for today.  Unfortuneately I didnt' get all of them done.  I was so low today, I think because I had no coffee this morning and didn't get any tonight.  None at all today.  NOt a good thing.  :o)

I did go for my bike ride, my abdominal circles and that is it.  I am disappointed in myself.  I know it is ok, I am just going to have to get the ball rolling again tomorrow, but of course I am going to need my coffee  :)

Hope you all did better than me.   :)

I'll write my goals tomorrow  :)
This looks like a great thread so thought I'd join in!  My goal for today is to get close to 1200 net calories.  I'm not sure what kind of exercise I'm going to do yet, but I probably need to burn 300.  Today is my day for my little 20 min weight routine, which the calorie counter says burns 64, so that'll be a start.
welcome pepper654.  My goals for today:

1)  drink 100 oz water

2)  Ride my bike

3)  Roller blade

4)  do some lunges

Of course I am going to have to drink my coffee today too.  :)  good luck everyone
Hi everyone.  I did my goals for today except rollerblading.  I had a nice long bike ride it was awesome and felt so good.  :)  HOpe everyone else had a good goal day  :)
